The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, pool, extensive, resort-style outside living/dining areas. Historic neighborhood close to Downtown and Flamingo Park. Newly renovated and freshly refurbished. Light, fresh and clean feel throughout. Flat TV's in living room and all bedrooms. Pool heat available for $ 20 per day.
It's located 5 minutes driving to Downtown West Palm Beach, the hip Warehouse District, Norton Museum of Art, Palm Beach County Convention center, Kravis Center, Dixie Hwy Dining Corridor, Brightline and Tri-Rail trains; 10 minutes to the beaches on Palm Beach Island, and the PBI International airport. This house is pet friendly, but there are weight and breed restrictions as well as applicable fees and deposit requirements. All pets are on request.

I love staying at Airbnbs that have a availability for me to never leave the house. That was this house! It’s has everything you can possibly need and more. I spent most of my days using the grill and relaxing by the pool!!!! The plus is the location you are literally next to EVERYTHING, beach, inlet, downtown, parks, restaurants, malls, stores. You name it, it was no more than 5-10 max away. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely use this rental again.

This house is the best place to stay in West Palm Beach for our little vacation. Located at 5’ driving to downtown, city place and Palm Beach Island.
Beautiful home, well stocked, clean, and cozy.
The kitchen has all you need to cook everything you want.
The bedrooms are fantastic too, well decorated, comfy and with big TVs on each one.
The pool is wonderful and heated. We swam and hung out on the patio most of the day, there are multiple sitting areas to accommodate and outdoor games.
The grill is perfect for enjoying a barbecue with family and friends.
We had a great time here, we felt at home!

They were so helpful and greeted us at the house, showed us around, and was very friendly. Had great recommendations for the area. Definitely look forward to returning next year!
