Pet Policy:
One well-behaved dog under 50 lbs allowed (no cats). $200 pet fee + taxes applies. Fee collected separately after booking. Only one pet permitted per stay (2nd pet on request only).

Security Hold or Damage Waiver:
Choose one after booking: a refundable $1500 credit card hold (released within 2 days of checkout), or a non-refundable $150 damage waiver.

Age Requirement:
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.
