The midtown public beach is a few hundred feet away. Walk to restaurants, cafes, shops, hair salons and more around Town Square and Worth Avenue. Ride a bike along the famous Palm Beach Lake Trail and visit the Society of the Four Arts or the Flagler Museum. This unit has the best possible location on Palm Beach Island.

Please note that this unit can only be rented for a minimum of 3 months. There is also an application process required with the HOA, including an interview. Therefore, reservations must be made at least 72 hours before arrival.

Pet Policy:
This home welcomes one well-behaved dog or cat (under 50 lbs). After your booking, you’ll be asked to confirm your furry friend’s details and submit the one-time $200 pet fee + taxes. Please note that only one pet is permitted per stay. Feel free to ask any questions you may have ahead of time about our pet policy.

Security Hold or Damage Waiver:
This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $1500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection.

Age Requirement:
The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.

House Rules:
