As part of a 100-year-old property, this apartment reflects the character of its era – creaky floorboards and all. While we’ve added hurricane impact windows and enforce quiet hours, some ambient noise between floors is expected.
Train Tracks Nearby:
The property is near a train line that includes the Brightline and occasional cargo trains. While our impact windows dampen the noise significantly and most guests find this minor, it’s worth noting if you’re especially sensitive to sound. Lastly, West Palm Beach is actually designated a train horn quiet zone, so Brightline and freight trains don’t routinely sound their horns, only doing so in emergencies or if there’s a safety concern.

Security Hold or Damage Waiver:
This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $50 instead.
Age Requirement:
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.
