This home welcomes one well-behaved dog or cat (under 50 lbs). After your booking, you’ll be asked to confirm your furry friend’s details and submit the one-time $150 pet fee + taxes. Please note that only one pet is permitted per stay. Feel free to ask any questions you may have ahead of time about our pet policy.
Security Hold or Damage Waiver:
This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $1,500, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $100 instead.
Age Requirement:
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.
