Pet Policy:
This home is not pet-friendly. No animals of any kind are permitted as owners are highly allergic to all types of animal dander.

Security Hold or Damage Waiver:
This home requires an additional refundable security deposit of $1000, which will be a hold placed on your credit card at check-in and released within 2 days after check-out and our standard inspection. Alternatively, guests may opt to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of $75 instead.

Age Requirement:
The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and staying for the duration of the reservation.

House Rules:
Thanks for treating this home like your own – no parties, events, or receptions are allowed. Smoking is not permitted at this property.

Exterior Security Camera:
For security purposes, an exterior cameras are located at the front of the home and monitors the front entrance and driveway. There are no cameras inside the home. Backyard exterior cameras are inactive during guest stays.

Pool Heat:
Pool heat is available for $25 per day and must be requested in advance of your stay.
