Built in 1936, this historically landmarked home sits quietly in one of the most charming sections of the Grandview Heights Historic District. The beautiful Palm Beach Oasis has been recently restored, updated and luxuriously appointed.
Palm Beach Oasis sleeps up to 7 guests. The property features 3 bedrooms and 3 ensuite bathrooms, with a large family room, living room, dining room, den/office, a deluxe kitchen, a charming outside dining terrace, pool deck, lounge chairs and a heated private pool. Pool heat is optional. The king bedded master suite with its own full bathroom features lovely french doors opening towards the pool. The house also features a separate laundry room (accessible with a covered awning). This house is pet friendly, but there are weight and breed restrictions as well as applicable fees and deposit requirements. All pets are on request.
Please note that parties, receptions or events with visitors not residing in this vacation rental are not allowed. Non-compliance with this policy could result in the immediate eviction from the property with no refund. Please contact Palm Beach Vacation Rentals for more details.
Same day reservations made for this property are on request. Palm Beach Vacation Rentals does not rent to anyone under the age of 21. The person reserving this house and signing the registration MUST occupy the premises for the entire length of stay. This is a lovely, spacious home, situated in the beautiful Grandview Heights section. The property was well maintained, quiet, and comfortable. A fully equipped kitchen with a big prep space was a bonus for the chef in our family (not me). My favorite hangout was the patio. Very big with comfy furniture and table, it was covered so I could enjoy the space even when it rained. The pool was wonderful, clean and refreshing. There are 3 bedrooms, the main is situated alongside the kitchen, well away from the other bedrooms in the front of the house. Very cozy for parents. There were doors off the main bedroom for quick access to the pool. It was also nice to have 3 bathrooms. We travelled with our two dogs. The house is about 2 blocks from the dog park and we enjoyed walking the dogs every morning and they loved the freedom of running in the dog park.

Charming Bungalow
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay on Palm Street. The house is very comfortable, the pool area private, and the location is walking distance to a park, the Norton Museum and great shops and restaurants on Old Dixie Highway.

My sister and I shared this home over the week while I shopped for my next forever home in the area. It was perfect in every way but especially spacious, private, well kept and up dated with every need you could imagine. Sleep was a dream and the pool was a delight. We didn't use it but just listening to the waterfall and visually was dreamy. Thank you for a memorable time at 609 Palm.

Upon returning from a trip to Florida in 2020, we made the decision to book something for the following year. We were looking and came across "Grandview Heights". To say the photos do it justice would be a complete understatement! It was a true oasis and a place we highly recommend. The house is located in a beautiful and quiet area that is centrally located which made it easy to get around. We felt right at home!

This was a lovely house that worked well for our family. We loved the private yard with its covered patio and pool. The weather was quite warm so the pool was perfect for cooling off. Peter and Mario were very responsive and great to deal with.

The home was fantastic and as presented in the pictures and descriptions. The outdoor area in the back by the pool was our favorite place to be. Plenty of room for three adult couples (and a doggie). The home was very nicely decorated and very clean. We would definitely stay here again.
