The pool deck is private, surrounded by lush tropical gardens, and features an outside seating area as well as lounges for sunbathing. This house is not pet friendly and no animals of any kind are allowed, including service animals, as the owner is highly allergic. Please note that parties, receptions or events with visitors not residing in this vacation rental are not allowed. Non-compliance with this policy could result in the immediate eviction from the property with no refund. This home requires an additional $ 1500 refundable security deposit to be paid with a check or wire transfer prior to arrival (or cash at arrival).
