Palm Beach Vacation Rentals™ – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to all guests who book and stay with Palm Beach Vacation Rentals™. By placing a reservation, you agree to comply with the following policies, guidelines, and conditions throughout the duration of your stay.

1. Reservation Policy

Reservations made more than 30 days before arrival require a deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 30 days of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their reservation up to 30 days prior to arrival and receive a refund of their deposit, minus a cancellation fee of $25 or 3% of the deposit amount (whichever is greater), plus tax. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.

3. Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in time begins at 3:30 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Early check-ins or late check-outs may be available for an additional fee and must be arranged in advance.

4. Maximum Occupancy

The number of guests may not exceed the occupancy limits listed in the property description. Exceeding occupancy limits may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

5. Damage Protection & Security Deposits

Each reservation includes a standard damage protection plan that covers accidental damage. In some cases, an additional refundable security deposit and/or optional damage waiver may apply. Guests will be notified of any such requirements at the time of booking.

6. Damage Protection Plan

The standard damage protection plan includes accidental damage coverage of up to $3,000 per reservation (unless otherwise noted as a higher amount). This plan does not cover intentional damage, theft, smoking violations, pet violations, or excessive cleaning fees.

7. House Rules

No smoking inside the home
No parties, events, or receptions are allowed
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Homes must be left in the condition in which they were found

8. Pets

Pets are only permitted in designated pet-friendly homes and must be disclosed at the time of booking. Additional cleaning fees may apply. Guests agree to the following conditions:
Pets must be housebroken, flea-free, and not prone to shedding or causing property damage.
Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds unless a protective cover is used.
All pet waste must be picked up and properly disposed of. A fee may be charged for uncollected waste.
Pets must be supervised at all times and not left to roam freely throughout the home.
Aggressive or excessively noisy pets are not permitted and may result in termination of stay without refund.
Guests are fully responsible for any damage or disruption caused by their pet.

9. Pool Use and Safety

If your rental includes access to a private pool, you are responsible for pool safety and supervision of minors at all times. Please review and follow any posted pool rules. No glass is permitted in pool areas. Use of pools and hot tubs is at your own risk.

10. Home Access and Keyless Entry

Palm Beach Vacation Rentals™ will provide access instructions prior to arrival. Most properties utilize keyless entry systems. Guests must ensure all doors are locked when not in use and at check-out.

11. Property Condition and Maintenance

Please report any maintenance issues or damage as soon as possible so our team can address them promptly. We strive to keep all homes in excellent condition. Guests may be held responsible for unreported damage or misuse.

12. Right to Enter

Palm Beach Vacation Rentals™ reserves the right to enter the property with prior notice for maintenance, inspections, or emergency purposes.

14. Age Requirement

The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and must be staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.

15. Agreement to Terms

By placing a reservation and/or checking into your property, you agree to abide by all terms listed above. Palm Beach Vacation Rentals™ reserves the right to cancel or terminate any reservation for violations of these terms.
